Best fit for narrow faced, medium sized dogs. Breeds that commonly fit into this size include Small Shepherds, Dalmatians, Aussies, Cattle Dogs, and more.

IMPORTANT: Since the Size 18 has a single center bar, Treat Holes have to be custom welded into the center of the muzzle. We do charge a higher rate for adding these treat holes. This process takes time, and may slightly delay the normal timeline of the muzzle production. Please do not choose “No Treat Hole” on this listing and then purchase the separate “Treat Hole Wire Removal” listing, since it is a different price intentionally. If you do, we will have to invoice you for the discrepancy.

Most Standard muzzle sizes, including this Size 18, now come with Powder Coated Glossy Black baskets instead the original of Rubber Coated baskets. Powder Coating is a thinner, more light weight coating than rubber coating.

Our Standard Big Snoof Muzzles include Color Customizable Genuine BioThane Straps, Adjustable Nosebands, Rust-Resistant Silver Hardware, Customizable Cheek Widths and Adjustable Quick Release Buckles.

Measurements Your Dog Needs to Have to Fit in this Muzzle:

Nose Length: 2.75-3.25in - DO NOT ADD LENGTH, a bit of extra room is accounted for. Go by the actual length of your dog’s nose as measured according to our Measurement Guide. Remember to include the length of their lips/mouth if it protrudes further out than their nose does!

Snout Width: 2-2.5in - This size is generally narrow in the front.

Cheek Width: 4-5.25in (Specify in form)

Full Pant Height: 5 inches

Head Length: 6.5 inches or longer

Nose to Neck Length: 4in or longer - If your dog’s nose to neck measurement is shorter than 4”, this muzzle will fit incorrectly and uncomfortably! Please double check this measurement!
