Extra Chicago Screws
Chicago Screws are used on our muzzles to secure and allow adjustability of the muzzle straps to help you achieve the ideal fit. However, as your dog moves, these screws may gradually loosen and can occasionally fall out if they haven't been screwed together tight enough, or glued in place. It's not common that this happens, but it is wise to keep a spare on hand, just in case one goes missing!
You can choose whether you’re ordering the extra screws along with a Custom or Standard muzzle, or if you’re ordering them on their own. We generally use three sizes of screws for Custom muzzles, and two sizes of screws for Standard muzzles, so you’d get one of each type if you order along with your muzzle. You may also order duplicates by adjusting the order quantity.
If you order extra screws separate from your muzzle, such as if you need to replace a lost screw on a muzzle you already have, you may choose the color you need and let us know where on the muzzle the screw you are replacing was, so we can get you the correct replacement. We highly recommend emailing us a photo of the location of the missing screw so we can ensure you get the correct size. If you order ONLY replacement screws ON THEIR OWN, you may use discount code SMALLPACKAGE at checkout to reduce standard shipping costs by a small amount.
