When will my Order Ship?

All products are made-to-order, and therefore take time for us to produce. The exception to this is for our Premade/Ready-to-Ship items.

Production times are estimated as follows:
Custom Muzzles : 4-6 weeks
Standard Muzzles : 1-2 weeks
Orders Not Including Muzzles : Up to 2 weeks
Ready-to-Ship Gear : 2-4 Business Days

Please note that if you ordered multiple categories of the items above, the wait will be consistent with the longest production time. Orders will be listed in the system as "Pending" until we mark them as shipped. If you received an email with your four digit order number, we have received your order. You will receive an email with your tracking info as soon as the order is complete and ready to ship.

Where’s My Tracking Number?

Orders will be marked as “Pending” in our system while in production, until they are ready to ship, when we make the shipping label for the order and mark it as “Fulfilled”. When your order is complete and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info. We generally send batches of packages to be shipped twice a week, so there may be a small delay between making the shipping label (when you’d receive the shipping email) and when it is officially shipped. If you have concerns regarding shipping, you are welcome to reach out to us for info on your order status, but keep in mind that once shipped, we can see only as much info as you can online regarding the progress and whereabouts of your shipment.

Need to Add to an In-Progress Order?

If you’d like to send in a second order to combine with an in-progress order, please reach out to us. We will give you direction on how to combine the shipping costs, so you can avoid paying them twice.

Available Shipping Rates are detailed below. We can ship outside of these locations, but you will need to reach out to us so we can add your location to our online options. If your location has not been added, the system will not let you check out.

Our international rates are priced for muzzle-sized boxes, but we may be able to give a better rate upon request if you are ordering gear other than muzzles, since they would be much smaller packages. Please reach out for assistance for more info on this.

  • *Shipping times within the US varies. We will choose between UPS or USPS for our shipping labels within the Mainland States, depending on which service will deliver your package the soonest for the shipping fee you paid. You may reach out to us with your zip code if you want a specific shipping time estimate.

    Mainland States:

    • Free Ground Shipping on orders of $100+! Choose “Free Shipping” option at checkout for the automatically discounted rate!

    • States near Big Snoof Headquarters: CA, AZ, NV, OR:

      • $7 Flat Rate via UPS Ground or USPS Ground/Priority (Depending on which carrier will get it to you soonest!)

    • All Other Mainland US States:

      • Standard: $10 Flat Rate via UPS or USPS Ground - Estimated 5-7 Business Days

      • Upgraded: $14.50 Flat Rate via UPS Three Day or USPS Priority - 2-3 Business Days

    • Hawaii:

      • Free Ground Shipping on orders of $100+! Choose “Free Shipping” option at checkout for the automatically discounted rate!

      • Standard: $12 Flat Rate via USPS Ground Advantage - Two Week Delivery

      • Upgraded: $15 Flat Rate via USPS Priority Mail - 3-5 Business Days

    • Alaska: $15 Flat Rate: USPS Priority Mail

    • Puerto Rico: $15 Flat Rate: USPS Priority Mail 3-5 Days

    • US Virgin Islands: $15 Flat Rate: USPS Priority Mail 4-7 Days

  • UPS Worldwide Expedite - Estimated 6-8 days (but can be longer for remote areas):

    • $22 USD Flat Rate at checkout, however UPS does charge import/brokerage fees that must be paid to UPS online prior to delivery of your order. Exact amounts vary, though we do make an effort to keep them as low as possible. As of December, we were told they came out to about $33 CAD, but with the recent political developments, we unfortunately can not give an exact estimate. We have no control over import fees, and can not be held responsible for additional fees incurred. Import fees are separate from the $22 shipping costs you pay to us at checkout, which are paid to UPS for shipment of the order.

    USPS Priority Mail, transferred to Canada Post - Estimated 6-10 Days:

    • $45 USD Flat rate at checkout: Canadian Import taxes/fees may be charged to you via Canada Post upon delivery of your order. Exact amounts vary, though we do make an effort to keep them as low as possible. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated cost for these fees, but we have been told they are quite a bit less than UPS charges, since Canada Post does not charge brokerage fees. Please keep in mind that with the unfolding political developments, import fees may be subject to change. We have no control over import fees, and can not be held responsible for additional fees incurred. Import fees are separate from the $45 shipping costs you pay to us at checkout, which are paid to USPS for shipment of the order.

    • NOTE: These flat rate fees are based on the most common shipping rates for a single muzzle box. If the final shipping costs for your order are greater than $15 USD more than you paid us in shipping costs, we will reach out to you when your order is ready to ship, in order to invoice you for the excess shipping fees. This may apply if you order a large order of multiple muzzles, or due to the fact that some areas of Canada are too remote for these shipping rates, and require additional fees for delivery.

    • UPS Worldwide Expedite Direct Shipping - $50 per order : Estimated 4-10 days Shipping Time

    • UK Distributor Group Shipping: UPS to Royal Mail - $20 per order +$0.50 per item: Estimated 2+ Weeks Shipping Time

      • In order to offer more affordable rates to our clients, we are now working with a distributor in the UK to help us ship our orders. This means that we will package several orders in one shipment to send to our distributor, and they will then receive the batch of orders and send them individually to you from within the UK. Due to the nature of this, we can not give exact wait times for when to expect the order to arrive, but we will send you a tracking number once our distributor ships your package from their UK facility. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about this process, or if you chose this shipping option at checkout but would like to upgrade to $32 Direct Shipping.

    • NOTE: Generally customs fees will not incur for UK customers.

    • NOTE: These flat rate fees are based on the most common shipping rates for a single muzzle box. If the final shipping costs for your order are greater than $15 USD more than you paid us in shipping costs, we will reach out to you when your order is ready to ship, in order to invoice you for the excess shipping fees. This may apply if you order a large order of multiple muzzles, or due to the fact that some areas of Australia are too remote for these shipping rates, and require additional fees for delivery.

    • NOTE: These flat rate fees are based on the most common shipping rates for a single muzzle box. If the final shipping costs for your order are greater than $15 USD more than you paid us in shipping costs, we will reach out to you when your order is ready to ship, in order to invoice you for the excess shipping fees.

    • These shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT FEES, which would be paid directly to the shipping carrier if applicable.

    • Shipments going to Mexico always require a Mexican Tax ID (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes - RFC) or National ID (Clave Única de Registro de Población - CURP). This can be emailed to us or put in the notes of your order.

    • *IMPORTANT: This flat rate fee is based on the most common shipping rates for a single muzzle box to larger cities in Mexico. If you are more rural or if you order more than one muzzle, the shipping rate may be more expensive. If the final shipping costs for your order are greater than $15 USD more than you paid us in shipping costs, we will reach out to you when your order is ready to ship, in order to invoice you for the excess shipping fees.
