Best fit for small sized dogs. Breeds that commonly fit into this size include medium size chihuahua mixes, medium-small terriers and some dachshunds. This size has very small gaps in the front and can be difficult to treat through, so if you may want to opt for the Treat Hole Wire Removal add-on. Our next size up is Size 12, which is a bit wider and taller in height. This is currently our smallest size. Please note that collar loops don’t generally work well with muzzles this small, but chin straps are a good idea!

Measurements Your Dog Needs to Have to Fit in this Muzzle:
Nose Length: 1.5in-2in - DO NOT ADD LENGTH, a bit of extra room is accounted for. Go by the actual length of your dog’s nose as measured according to our Measurement Guide. Remember to include the length of their lips/mouth if it protrudes further out than their nose does!
Snout Width: 1.5-2in - This tiny size is wide in the snout, and may seem a bit wide on your dog, but this is normal and expected!
Cheek Width: 2.5-3.75in (Specify in form) - Note that this size is difficult to widen; 4” is absolutely the widest we can get it!
Full Pant Height: 3.25 inches maximum
Head Length: 4.5 inches or longer
Nose to Neck Length: 2.75in or longer - If your dog’s nose to neck measurement is shorter than 2.75”, this muzzle will fit incorrectly and uncomfortably! Please double check this measurement!
