We pride ourselves in making the most durable and long lasting gear possible! Normal wear and tear with longterm/heavy use is to be expected, but in the unlikely case that any part of your gear breaks, we will repair your gear or replace it at no cost within the first 6 months after purchase. After this time frame, please reach out, and we will discuss options.

It is important to note that BioThane itself is not chew-proof! Like any other gear, we recommend keeping products out of reach of more destructive pups, as these kinds of damages or normal wear and tear are not covered by our 6 month replacement policy. In this case, you’re welcome to reach out for assistance if your gear is in need of repair, and we will discuss repair options.

We pride ourselves in making the most durable and long lasting gear possible, but in the unlikely case that it does break, we want to help get it fixed as soon as possible, so your pup can get back to using their gear right away! This form is intended for Big Snoof Dog Gear that have been proven defective under the use in which they were intended.

What does our Warranty Repair Policy Cover?

  • Broken wires or welds on Custom, Standard, or Premade Muzzles

  • ONE TIME FIX of Damaged or chewed straps on Custom Muzzles ONLY. For Standard or Premade muzzles, or if Custom straps are damaged or chewed more than once, replacement straps can be purchased on our Muzzle Accessory Page.

  • Leashes with broken hardware

What does our Warranty Repair Policy NOT Cover?

  • Muzzle or Collar not fitting correctly

  • Damage to Standard or Premade Muzzle Straps - Replacement straps can be purchased on our Muzzle Accessory Page.

  • Chewed or smashed Quick Release buckles

  • Faded/scratched Powder/Rubber Coating or Hardware

  • Staining of the Biothane Webbing

  • Peeling Muzzle Message Vinyl (wording)
